Deployants that look good and well finished are hard to come by! The Premium Arc deployant is one that will not disappoint. The buckle features a subtle hump in the middle that adds character to this piece. The round push buttons at both sides of the buckle are slightly firmer than our Basic and Vintage-H deployant and might require that extra squeeze! The push buttons will only unlock one side of the deployant with the shorter end requiring just a light tug to release; this safeguards the watch from falling off the wrists of our less careful friends.

Deployant clasps are like quick release straps. Once you have tried them, you will never go back to the old Tang Buckle!

Benefits of a deployant buckle:

  • Hassle Free release with the 'one-push buttons' when putting on and taking off watches
  • Prolong the lifespan of your straps as you avoid the pulling and tugging of traditional tang buckles.
  • A touch classier, need we say more?

How to put on the deployant buckle

  1. Remove the existing Tang buckle from your strap
  2. Use a 'minus' sign screwdriver to unscrew the 'screw down bar'. Insert the fixed side of the bar into the short end of your strap. Insert the other half of the 'screw down bar' and tighten with screw driver
  3. Slip the long end of the strap into Arc Buckle and use the Mushroom Head stopper to catch the strap hole that suits your wrist size.

*Note for 18mm Premium Arc Deployant, you are required to unscrew the Mushroom Head stopper with a screwdriver before putting it into the relevant strap hole and screwing back the Mushroom Head stopper.

Note: Size under dropdown option is for the buckle and not the lugs. Most of Telhus straps are tapered one or two sizes down. (i.e., a 20mm strap at the lugs is usually tapered to 18mm or 16mm at the buckle.)

If you see a strap that is '20-16' or '20-18', the buckle is the second number, i.e. 16mm and 18mm respectively.
