Exchange Policy

  • Refund Policy
    • Full refunds are offered only when Telhus had shipped a wrong item; whether it was the wrong size, colour or model. Please contact us and we will advise you on the necessary steps to effect a refund.

  • Exchange Policy
    • We believe transparency and trust is at the core of a long-lasting relationship with our customers. Despite being a small venture, we are pleased to offer our customers a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your strap.

    • Your watch strap has to be in the original packaging in an unused and unworn condition. If a strap is fitted to a watch and worn even once, this would leave certain marks and creases on the strap and deemed ineligible for an exchange. Accordingly, rest assured that every item purchased from Telhus is a brand new unworn piece.

    • Telhus Exchange Process
      • Email us at with the title “Exchange Request | Order XXXX” and include the following
        1. Order Number
        2. Nature (reason) of Exchange Request
        3. Provide photos illustrating the issue, where applicable
      • Following our review of the above information, we will advise you if an exchange is possible.
      • Once we receive the physical goods, we will verify that they are in the condition as described over email communication.
      • Telhus reserves all rights in the final decision of the exchange process.

    • All shipping costs of the item to be exchanged will be the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs and any fees or taxes that Telhus incurs will be entirely borne by you. We will deduct this from the refund value, where applicable. Please consider using a tracking and insured postal service. We are not liable for lost return mails.

    • Please note that all Made-to-Order (MTO) straps and all sale/ discounted items are not eligible for an exchange.

    • For everything else excluding watch straps, please do write to us and explain the nature of your return request and we will advise you from there.
